As the Administrative Assistant, you provide comprehensive support to the Residential Care Administrator, managers, and multi-disciplinary leaders by managing office communications, documents, and projects. You will also coordinate with Residents, Team Members, visitors, partners, and external agencies to ensure smooth operations.
About The Role
As the Administrative Assistant, you model our ministry values and exemplify servant leadership by prioritizing the needs of others. You foster positive relationships with residents, team members, families, and partners while maintaining confidentiality. Your role includes managing reception duties, handling communications, organizing calendars, and maintaining both hard copy and electronic records. You support administrative projects, process accounts payable, and ensure smooth operations by managing office equipment and supplies. Additionally, you play a crucial role in promoting a culture of health and safety, encouraging safe work practices, and taking initiative to improve the workplace environment.
Requirements
Post-secondary education, especially in Business Administration, is an asset.
Experience in providing administrative support.
Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
Strong editing skills with exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Compensation & Benefits
An hourly salary of $25.15. Your comprehensive benefits include employer-paid extended health and dental coverage, along with three weeks’ vacation. Additionally, we provide RRSP matched contributions and support for your ongoing professional development.
