With views of the Olympic Mountains and a park-like setting, Carey Place is conveniently located near community services and transit. This Seniors Rental Housing residence offers 55 one-bedroom rental suites with features such as an amenity room, a guest suite, underground parking and more. Carey Place was developed in partnership with Government of Canada, BC Housing, Capital Regional District and Baptist Housing.

Suites & Floorplans

Each suite has been interior designed and tastefully finished in a soft neutral colour scheme. With a selection of one-bedroom suite layouts to chose from, each offers high ceilings for an open and spacious feel complemented by large picture windows for bright natural lighting and picturesque views.

Each suite comes with an assigned storage locker. Underground parking and scooter parking is also available for an additional monthly charge.

Services & Amenities

Carey Place has a large amenity space on the main floor, perfect for social events, resident gatherings and special events. A guest suite is available for nightly rental, perfect for visiting guests and family. Outdoor patio space provides a perfect gathering place to overlook the park and enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon conversation.


Carey Place is conveniently located in the heart of Mount View Heights. Within easy walking distance to Uptown Shopping Centre that includes shops and services such as Walmart and Shoppers Drug Mart. Transit services are easily accessed, with a transit route along Carey Road.
