Resident Services Assistant (Casual) - Victoria

Baptist Housing is recruiting a casual Resident Services Assistant (RSA) who is excited about being part of the Team serving Residents at Marrion Village in Victoria, BC. Casuals provide relief coverage for regular staff to provide coverage for vacation and other leave.

The Resident Services Assistant provides administrative support to the Oak Bay Campus. Duties include general office tasks such as reception, filing, creating documents, ordering office supplies and maintaining office equipment. The Resident Services Assistant is also responsible for tracking and reporting a variety of information regarding the Assisted Living and independent Residents, as well as maintaining accurate files and accounts with respect to the Residents' tenancy.

The successful candidate will have Grade 12 and formal training and experience in the use of Microsoft Word & Excel. Intermediate bookkeeping skills and A\a minimum of 3 years experience providing administrative support and interaction with clients and the public, in a service or hospitality industry, or an equivalent combination of training and experience required. *Consent for a Criminal Record Check (CRC) for working with Vulnerable Adults is required.
