You possess a deep understanding of clinical programs, the aging process, cognitive impairments, disease progression, and pharmaceutical therapies. Additionally, you are tech-savvy, staying abreast of the latest trends in residential care, especially in infection control procedures and management. Challenges don't deter you; instead, you embrace them as opportunities to showcase your problem-solving skills, relishing them like solving an engrossing puzzle. Your self-motivation and adept time management enable you to maintain unwavering focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for the residents under your care.

Must Haves

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.

  • Eligibility for membership with BCCNM

  • Practical experience in delivering and developing adult education programs.

  • Delivering and developing clinical instruction programs.

  • Experience within nursing or allied health field.

  • Ideally, experience in long-term care settings.

  • Prioritize resident satisfaction and well-being.

  • Monitor resident safety and report hazards or concerns promptly.

Your Work Location

Victoria ranks among the top twenty world cities for quality of life. Our long term care community, The Heights at Mt. View, is a 7-story, 260-suite residence in Saanich's neighbourhood.

What You Receive 

Your total compensation includes a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, generous vacation, MPP and support for professional development.

Salary Range: $47.77 - $61.62
