About The Role
As a Scheduling Assistant, you will manage daily team member vacancies, working closely with the Manager of Human Resources.
Key responsibilities include:
Handling team member sick calls, vacation requests, and shift swaps.
Ensuring prompt and efficient replacement of absent team members across our residences.
Regularly communicating with team members, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective scheduling and support for all shifts.
Maintaining and updating scheduling systems with requests, documentation, and other data in compliance with Baptist Housing’s Privacy Policy.
Collecting and maintaining statistics on team member absences to support our Attendance Management Program.
Collaborating with the Human Resources team on projects and tasks while upholding Baptist Housing's values through empathy, compassion, and understanding.
This role offers the opportunity to work full-time hours in a temporary capacity until March 31, 2025, based out of our Regional Office.
Requirements/Qualifications
Previous experience in a scheduling role, ideally with ESP or QHR systems.
Strong administrative background with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Warm personality, a sense of humor, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Compensation & Benefits
This temporary full-time role offers a competitive rate of $28.30 per hour. While the position is temporary, you will work in a supportive environment and have the satisfaction of making a meaningful impact on seniors’ lives every day.
