About You

You have a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate organization and structuring of information in schedules and calendars. You’re proactive and anticipate and mitigate scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and potential issues, always staying one step ahead. Your excellent organizational skills enable you to handle multiple tasks, priorities, and appointments simultaneously without compromising quality or missing deadlines. Your computer skills are excellent, and you’re a quick learner. You communicate clearly and professionally with team members, and stakeholders, actively listening, understanding requirements, and conveying information concisely. You also enjoy fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to changing priorities without getting frustrated or flustered. You manage your time well so that you maximize your productivity. A problem or challenge doesn’t scare you, as you can think critically and creatively to help resolve issues with a solution-based mindset. You also enjoy being a part of a team and are known for being extremely helpful. People enjoy talking to you, and your laugh lights up a room. You are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident. 

About The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing team member vacancies daily and other administrative tasks as needed. You’ll receive team member sick calls, vacation requests, and shift swaps, successfully replacing absent team members, in addition to maintaining team member files. You’ll fill an 8-week position for 35 hours per week at our Sun Pointe Village community, with shifts typically scheduled to run from 8 a.m. to 330 p.m., Monday through Friday. This temporary role has the potential to become an ongoing casual position. Your position reports to the Human Resources Manager.

What You Receive

As a student summer grant funded position your compensation is $15.50/hour for an 8-week period.
