Grandview Towers - Seniors Rental Housing
An active and vibrant multi-cultural Seniors Rental Housing community in East Vancouver. The three high-rise buildings known as Grandview Towers all have something in common - amazing views! Located on the top of East Vancouver's Grandview slope, each towers has a spectacular view of the city and the surrounding North Shore mountains, plus spacious, park-like grounds that provide a tranquil escape from the busy city.

Suites & Floorplans
Grandview Towers building 1 and 2 are fully independent living apartments with Tower 1 having 144 bachelor units for single occupants while Tower 2 has 77 1-bedroom units. Tower 3 has 55 units and is part of BC Housing's Supportive Housing program.
There is approximately a 4-6 years wait for suite in Grandview Towers 1 and 2 and a 3-5 years wait for Tower 3.
Rent is set at the lower-end of market rental rate for Tower 1 and 2. The security deposit is 50% of the rent amount and due prior to move-in. For the up to date rental rate, please contact the office at 604.253.5352.
After moving in, new residents that are not under the BC Housing Supportive Housing Program may apply for a Shelter Aid for Elderly Renters (SAFER) subsidy. The subsidy amount does vary and will be based on income and rental amount being paid.
