Rental Application

An adult 55+ affordable rental community, Linwood Court offers 97 one-bedroom suites. Live well in a supportive neighborhood conveniently located within walking distance of the shops and services of Mayfair Shopping Centre and on a transit, route providing easy access to Greater Victoria. Monthly rents are affordably priced. Linwood Court offers a guest suite, an amenity room, laundry facilities, underground car and scooter parking, and storage lockers.

Your Suite

Each private suite is tastefully finished featuring high ceilings, a living area, bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. There are six one‐bedroom floor plans to choose from, each ranging in size from 586sqft to 707sqft. Interior spaces and finishes have been selected for comfort, style and for personalized décor and expression.

Rental Fee

Your monthly suite rental includes hot water. Insurance on your personal contents, heat, telephone, cable, and parking is additional. If your income is within a certain range, you may be eligible for a reduced monthly rent through BC Housing’s SAFER (Shelter Aid for Elderly Renters) program for adults 65+ on pre‐selected suites. We will be happy to assist you in determining eligibility should you choose to make Linwood Court your home.
