How long have you been involved with this art process at Baptist Housing?

I was very active as a younger person, with the support of my daughter I was able to start window art painting at Village at Smith Creek. 

Who do you enjoy sharing or making art with?

I enjoy sharing my art with my family and I'm proud to display it in the common areas at Dobbin Community here at Village at Smith Creek. 

Why do you like being an artist?

I enjoyed window painting but I prefer to work in a studio alone where it is quiet.

Who first inspired or taught you this craft?

I used to draw in the sand and mud with a stick when I was a child. I feel heavenly when I am painting. 

Any advice for future artists?

Just start with a class mixing colours! Don't overthink it and don't let your teacher intimidate you.
