Senior Leadership Team
| Marc Kinna -President & Chief Executive OfficerMarc has long been a leader in our industry, serving as President of the board of the BC Care Providers Association, Member Council Chair of EngAge BC, and as a board member of Denominational Health Association. He is inspired by the stories of our residents and team as we share life together. Marc has three grown children and three grandchildren who are a great joy in his life. He and his wife love the ocean, sea glass, and travelling.

Gordon Braun - Executive Vice President Finance & Chief Financial OfficerGord provides leadership to the accounting and finance departments and oversees risk management, strategic planning and capital budgets for new projects. Gord enjoys travelling with his wife. He is an avid travel photographer and turns his best shots into artwork, videos and albums. Bucket list trips include Iceland, an African Safari and the Southern Hemisphere.

Terri Griffing - Executive Vice President Operations & Chief Operating OfficerTerri has over 25 years of senior level experience in human resources and labour relations. Terri enjoys movies and books, one of her many favourites is Lord of the Rings. She is rediscovering travel with her husband as empty nesters. She is closely connected to family and loves to have 'girls getaways' with her sisters. | |
| Gayle Anton - Vice President of WellnessGayle provides leadership to our wellness, quality and education programs. She is a Registered Nurse with 25 years; experience as a healthcare leader. In her spare time, Gayle can be found hiking, kayaking and spending time with family.

Amanda McLean - Vice President Human ResourcesAmanda is our Vice President - Human Resources. She is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and also holds an MBA - a seasoned HR leader with over fifteen years' experience in the not-for-profit, public, and private sectors. As a Certified Leadership Coach, Amanda will also help us with our vision to build a strong and engaged team. She loves to cook and bake, taking inspiration from Jamie Oliver's 30 Minute Meals. She also loves to garden and has been known to occasionally swing a golf club.

Dayle Krahn - Vice President Property Maintenance & DevelopmentDayle is responsible for the maintenance of all Baptist Housing properties. Dayle loves to travel in the south of France. He spends time with his maltipoo named Lola - 'because what Lola wants Lola gets'. His most unusual office object is a Conch Shell.

Ray Saucy - Vice President Spiritual Care & Special ProjectsRay supports our spiritual care team and our volunteer coordinators and works on a variety of special projects that further our mission at Baptist Housing. Ray loves exploring God's majestic creation whether taking scenic hikes, morning walks or biking. He enjoys reading on a variety of topics including spiritual development, historic fiction, and leadership. He has been married to Linda for over 45 years and together they have three married sons and enjoy being grandparents to their three precious grandchildren. |
Board of Directors
Baptist Housing is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of a Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary and five additional Directors.
Lorrie Wasyliw – Chair. Ms. Wasyliw was appointed as a board member in October 1995. She has been the Executive Director of W.I.N.G.S. (Women in Need Gaining Strength – serving women and children fleeing domestic violence) Fellowship Ministries since 1999. Currently Lorrie co-chairs New Westminster Homelessness Coalition Society as well New Westminster Community Coordination for Women’s Safety.
Dr. Garry Grams – Vice Chair. Dr. Grams was appointed as a board member in 1989. Garry is Chancellor and board member of North West Baptist Seminary, and co-chair of the board of Elders and Deacons at Oakridge Baptist Church.
Dawne Carroll – Secretary. Mrs. Carroll was appointed as a board member in June 2003. Currently Dawne volunteers in community meal prep/serving and school Breakfast Club through Richmond Baptist Church, church lunch prep/serving at Parkland Fellowship, and as a projectionist for worship at Richmond Baptist and Parkland Fellowship.
Ana Mak – Director. Ms. Mak was appointed as a board member in April 2008. She worked as a management consultant for over 15 years primarily for public and health sector organizations. Ana is currently the Director of Growth for The Deetken Group, Consulting.
Bill Boesterd – Director. Mr. Boesterd was appointed as a board member in June 2024. Currently, a gradual succession of their business by family members is one of his current privileges. Bill served on the leadership team of his church for many years, as well as several other Christ centered ministry boards.
David Robbie – Director. Mr. Robbie was appointed as a board member in August 2024. David joined the Board of Central Baptist, Victoria in 2018 and continues as Chair of the Finance Committee, as well as leading the seniors group, “Prime Timers”. Since 2020 he has served on the Board of Camp Qwanoes.
Margaret Ezzet – Director. Ms. Ezzet was appointed as a board member in October 2021. She is also a certified biblical counsellor. Currently Margaret is a volunteer in prison ministry with M2/W2. Margaret attends Maple Ridge Baptist Church overseeing their Prayer and Care Ministry.
Margaret Hardy – Director. Ms. Hardy was appointed as a board member in September 2016. Prior to her retirement in 2013, Margaret was a commerce/business administration consultant for 30 years. She is also a certified sign language interpreter. Margaret currently spends time co-leading a weekly bible study group as well as hosts a community ladies bible study.
