The Honourable Ahmed Hussen makes announcement at Linwood Court

The redevelopment of Linwood Court received national attention as The Honourable Ahmed Hussen, Minister of Housing and Diversity and Inclusion joined Rob Fleming, MLA for Victoria-Swan Lake to affirm the National Housing Co-Investment Fund's investment of nearly $6 million and the Province of British Columbia, through BC Housing, provision of $10.3 million to build Linwood Court. This is in addition to Baptist Housing's commitment of $6 million towards the project. Also joining in the press event was Fred Haynes, Mayor, District of Saanich, Marc Kinna, CEO, Baptist Housing, and a very special guest, Anke Andersen, a former resident of the old and since demolished Linwood Court that this new development will replace.
