Linwood Court Proposed Development

Baptist Housing is proposing the redevelopment of Linwood Court – currently a Baptist Housing community that has 29 affordable rental suites in an aging building that is no longer able to meet the needs of current or future residents. The proposed redevelopment will provide 97 affordable rental one-bedroom suites for seniors living in Greater Victoria.
