How did the dynamic duo find Baptist Housing?

Bea came to Village at Mill Creek because of a friend and she then recruited Joan. A majority of our Residents know Monday morning as 'Bea and Joan' day! 

How do they impact our Communities ?

Any clerical tasks are called 'Bea jobs'. Bea volunteers Monday mornings and assists with all administrative tasks like putting folders together, doing stats, mail outs. She also greets at the front door, assists with special events and community luncheons. 

Joan starts her morning off with running the Bingo program followed by portering and assisting Residents with lunch and then helping at Happy Hour. Joan also assists with Long-Term Care, Independent and Assisted Living activities. She knows most Residents by name. 

What makes them so sweet?

Both ladies are not candy or chocolate fans - they prefer a glass of bubbly.
